One Year!

Hello. I’ve been ignoring this blog, but it’s long overdue and is now time to begin. And I begin with an anniversary. One year ago today I published my first novel Finding Hannah! It was challenge to get to that point, but it’s all been worth it. I can’t thank you all enough for your support. I’ve been so blessed with wonderful readers who have sent me amazing comments on both Elly’s Ghost and Finding Hannah. The experience has been humbling, and I look forward to writing many more books worthy of your time. Thank you all for making my first year as an author fantastic!

I do believe I've found a favorite author in John Hess. Hess added thrills to Nicholas Sparks type novels. And I am a Sparks fan. It won't be surprising when Hollywood wants to make movies of his books.

I read Elly's Ghost on Kindle, and I was entranced. I appreciated a wholesome character that I could love. I purchased Finding Hannah before I put the Kindle down, after finishing Ghost. Keep them coming, John.

Great book and I read alot. So, nice to have another good author from Minnesota! A wonderful way to spend an evening during our cold winters. All the best and look forward to reading more of your work.

Just finished Ellys ghost. It was a great read!! Great story about a hero. I enjoyed how the story kept moving with interesting characters, good dialog, high adventure, a love story, and even insight to the music business.

I just finished reading Elly's Ghost mere moments ago and it was absolutely incredible! I cannot wait for your upcoming third novel, but until then I will be reading Finding Hannah in the meantime.

Finding Hannah is an amazing story. I recommend it to anyone looking for a suspense novel.
